Mental Clarity Coaching For Burnout & Self-Doubt: Support Community Announced

A new community group from EAT Life Academy offers structured support for driven professionals seeking clarity, connection, and sustainable personal transformation.

-- EAT Life Academy announced the launch of the EAT (Empower Align Transform) Life Community Group, a weekly collaborative space designed to support driven professionals who appear successful externally but privately struggle with imbalance, disconnection, or a loss of purpose. The initiative reflects a growing need for accessible, psychologically informed support for high-achieving individuals, particularly as workplace stress and emotional exhaustion continue to rise. It also responds to a deeper, often overlooked need: helping people reconnect with joy, fun, and the freedom to dream again - key ingredients for reducing cortisol, lowering stress, and preventing burnout.

According to the American Psychological Association’s 2023 Work in America Survey, 77 percent of workers reported experiencing work-related stress in the prior month, underscoring the widespread demand for healthier ways to manage the pressures associated with sustained professional performance. EAT Life Academy's new community group, therefore, serves as an opportunity for participants to pause, reflect, and recalibrate within an environment intentionally structured for dialogue, learning, and deeper self-awareness.

Weekly live sessions will focus on central themes that influence personal and professional growth, incorporating guided discussion, mindset exploration, and practical strategies for developing long-term resilience. The format is intended to encourage personal insight while also drawing on the value of shared experience, providing a supportive peer setting where individuals can learn from diverse perspectives and collective wisdom.

Participants will also receive resources to reinforce the work completed during live sessions, aiming to make learning and transformation sustainable beyond the group environment. Monthly reflection periods will allow members to assess their progress, examine internal and external challenges, and realign with goals in a grounded and intentional manner. The program is rooted in the belief that meaningful, lasting transformation is an iterative process that requires both self-directed effort and supportive structure.

The development of the community group aligns with the broader mission of EAT Life Academy, founded by Helena Hamlet, a coach with more than two decades of experience in personal development, mindset work, and life transitions. Hamlet’s background includes a BSc in Psychology and specialized training in solution-focused coaching approaches. Her work is informed not only by academic and professional expertise but also by her personal experience, having navigated periods of burnout, self-doubt, and the pressures of high performance.

"Having spent over 20 years within career, advice and guidance, one thing I have learnt is that children and young people have no difficulties dreaming about their futures," Hamlet says. "They dream of becoming the next doctor, accountant, criminologist or pilot. However, during the transition to adulthood, society and its unspoken rules about how we should be, how we raise our families, manage our finances and define success, slowly kick in. And before we know it, many begin to conform, losing their spark and desire to dream big."

Hamlet’s philosophy is captured in two guiding ideas: “Life should be good enough to EAT,” and Carl Jung’s reminder that “the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” These principles frame the intention behind the community group, offering a space where individuals who are typically relied upon by others may finally access the support required to regain clarity, confidence, and alignment with their authentic selves. A core element involves reconnecting with one’s inner child - encouraging imagination, joy, and the freedom to dream again.
