(CSE:FUTR) ("Gold'n"), pursuant to which UraniumX (through its wholly owned subsidiary Neocore Uranium Ltd.) has granted Gold'n the exclusive right and option to acquire a 100% interest in the NeoCore Uranium Property (the "Property"), located in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, subject to a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty retained by UraniumX. In connection with the closing, UraniumX received 580,000 common shares of Gold'n.
